I have been a client of Tavistock dental for a long time. I have never had a bad experience and dr. Kim and team are amazing. Billing is also made easy each visit. They are great with kids and always take time to explain options and treatment. Cannot recommend enough.

There’s a reason we drive from Kitchener to Tavistock for our dental; our whole family has had good experiences there. My wife grew up in Tavi and has been going there since she was young. My experience has been very positive over the past 7 years. And today’s work on a cavity was good as usual.

I have been going here for over 20 years…first with Dr. Low, and then Dr. Kim. Merle has been my hygienist for most of that time and she is fantastic! Today, there was a new person behind the desk and I think her name was Nellie? Very friendly and outgoing. Invited me for cake next Wednesday as it is Dr. Kim’s Birthday! This is a great place and I would highly recommend it. Staff are excellent!

Staff are friendly every visit. Dr. Kim is very personable. I fully trust his quality of work, and that he will not “upsell” me something that isn’t needed. Highly recommended.

I went into Tavistock Dental for an issue with extreme sensitivity in one of my teeth. The entire process went smoothly, and the dentists made sure that all of my concerns were addressed.

They were also fantastic with our 3 year old on her first visit, who is usually very shy.
